Mindfulness & Guided Imagery

I am a practitioner of integrative psychotherapy and committed to building my mindfulness skills through daily meditation, yoga and continuing education.  I am currently involved with the SF Insight Community and SF Hakomi Institute. I completed the Hakomi Professional Skills Training in March 2013.

Here’s why. Research has shown that integrative therapies enhance healing and promote feelings of relaxation and well-being. Mindfulness meditation, in particular – helps you improve your relationships starting with your relationship with yourself. It will enhance your performance at work while at the same time provide a greater sense of relaxation and peace. It is a process of making the mind and body whole.   With the use of integrative techniques of mindfulness and guided imagery, we will explore each moment openly, shedding old life scripts, relaxing defense mechanisms and engaging fully to make a more cohesive adult self.
