Self-Actualization

Understanding yourself – your nature, the things you hold important, your priorities – is a life long challenge.  Barraged with fantasized images of romance and marriage, daunting standards of beauty and femininity and mixed messages (assertiveness vs passivity), this is all the more difficult for women.  Therapy can provide an opportunity to pause, reflect and articulate:

  • Your own unique nature and rhythm in life
  • The path you wish to create that works for you

It is my goal to help you find clarity, coherence, support and balance.  Together, we will rewrite the meaning you make of events and possible outcomes, clarify your personal goals, and create your own personal, meaningful and fulfilling actualized self.
