Relationship is hard.  Whether you are recovering from a break up, longing to find a loving partner or struggling in your current relationship, therapy can be invaluable in understanding what you seek in a partner, what obstacles you throw up to prevent a relationship from occurring and to create the insights and behavior you need to cultivate to recognize and nourish a healthy relationship.  In therapy I will help support you as we explore your family history, fears about intimacy and learn about your attachment style in order for you to:
