About Lexi

Born and bred on the east coast, I moved to San Francisco because I saw it as the best place to combine my passion for holistic health and healing with traditional psychological theory.  I left New York City in 2005 to attend the California Institute of Integral Studies, where I completed the Integral Counseling Psychology program in 2008.

I began seeing client in 2007 and my mission is to use my strengths as a therapist to serve women of all ages and backgrounds. I specialize in working with women because I believe that an examined life will allow us to make good decisions, maintain meaningful relationships and serve as a role model to younger generations. I am passionate about helping women navigate life changes with confidence and support.

My approach is  built on a philosophy of exploring the totality of oneself.  I draw upon the teachings of early psychology theories such as psychodynamics and object-relations in combination with mindfulness practices and holistic healthcare.  Most importantly I will bring my creativity, warmth and light to your journey.  My goal is to help you identify your strengths and cultivate your inner wisdom so that you can live your most meaningful and fulfilling life.
